The Lift Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations and overseeing the Lift Operations team.

- Set schedules for Lift Operations with clear direction form Lift Operations Manager
- Assist all teams daily in other areas, functions as required.
- Under the direction of the Lift Operations Manager set up and document training in lift operations.
- Supervise lift staff daily and ensure proper time clock editing and schedule adherence.
- Train and supervise all lift operators and attendants while monitoring complete operations daily.
- Ensure Proper PPE is given to all staff and utilized – responsible for inventory tracking of jackets and PPE.
Is this the job for me:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills required.
- 1 years’ experience in the ski industry (lift operations) required.
- Able to work well with others required.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work on a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
