Job Title: Mountain Operations / Landscaper
Department: Mountain Operations/Grounds
Reports to: Director of Mountain Operations
Description: For our Grounds Maintenance team no two days are ever the same! This role works closely with various departments onsite to perform landscaping, mountain construction, water park set-up/tear down and snowmaking maintenance to ensure the resort is looking it’s best for guests and associates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilizing landscape and lawn equipment to perform ground maintenance activities including trimming, cutting, planting, grooming, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and renovation tasks around property
- Perform tasks associated with hardscape installations from demo through construction stages
- Maintain and refuel equipment to ensure projects progress smoothly and on time
Next Level Duties:
- Setup of theming and queuing
- Responsible for maintaining the grounds and trails of the resort
- Commit to providing a safe experience for guests, other associates, and oneself
- Assist with and encourage pick-up of litter
- Remain flexible as weather conditions and duties change daily, each day is a new adventure
Must Have Personal Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of physical labor experience
- Enjoy working outdoors with a team
- Technical skills and understanding a plus
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply
