The Reservation Agent is responsible for creating a positive and fun first impression by providing detailed information and visual descriptions of the resort experiences over the phone to the customers, ultimately converting inquiries into bookings.

How I can Create Guests for Life:
- Accept and service all incoming inquiries related to room reservations, ski/mountain, waterpark, dining, and all other services offered by Camelback Resort
- Provide detailed information on resort rooms, activities, amenities, and rate packages.
- Manage multiple media simultaneously – phone, email, reservation system, chat, property management system, website.
- Offer customized room packages, understand reservation policies and management strategies, and offer alternate dates for sold-out periods.
- Follow established standard operations procedures, call flow criteria, as well as resort yield management strategies to ensure a maximum revenue per booking whenever possible.
- Provide a detailed explanation of guest special requests.
- Cross-reference and communicate to all relevant departments the details needed for accurate and timely execution and delivery of guest requests i.e.: F&B needs, room blocks, expected deliveries.
- Process cancellations, revisions, and all advance deposits on future reservations and post each deposit to the guest’s reservation.
- Balance shift audit and run necessary reports daily to accurately capture data, deposits, and 3rd party reservations.
