What are the responsibilities and job description for the Screen Printer position at Campbell Signs & Apparel LLC?
Full time position for a multi-tasking individual in our screen printing department. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Screen Printing production including Heat Applied Transfers.
- Attention to Detail, Quality & Accuracy of Imprint meeting daily quotas.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day
- Selecting screen size, degreasing agents and emulsion coatings.
- Loading screen into printer.
- Installing and repositioning screen printing plates and pressure roles.
- Calibrating printer before batch is printed.
- Running prints and performing quality cheques throughout the printing process.
- Adjust machinery for optimum speed, registry and print quality.
- Check equipment for proper set up, registration, ink viscosity and color.
- Repair, maintain and store production tooling and fixtures.
- Recommend tooling & material handling changes to improve work flow or safety.
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Order pre-print prep, sorting and packaging.
- Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run.
- Experience in advertising products including signs, screen printing, t-shirts, embroidery and promotional items is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
