When you join Campbells, you aren’t just taking a job; you’re joining a team of professionals who take pride in serving our neighbors in Bozeman, Belgrade, Livingston, Big Sky, and the surrounding communities. The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Campbells, you are the conductor of the orchestra. You ensure that our mission of "excellence in every home" is reflected in our timelines, budgets, and final deliveries.

- Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for builders, homeowners, and general contractors, maintaining the 5-star service Campbell’s is known for.
- Technical Guidance: Review blueprints and specifications to identify potential roadblocks before they hit the field.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project management within the trades (Plumbing or HVAC experience is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can speak the language of construction and a first-time homeowner with equal ease.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with project management software, estimating tools, and the Google/Microsoft suites.
- Problem-Solving: You don't just find problems; you bring solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
