Responsibilities


●     Dispatcher: Coordinate schedules for technicians and support staff to optimize efficiency and ensure timely customer service.
●     Customer Service Excellence: Be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
●     Team Support: Collaborate with the field team to facilitate effective communication and contribute to a positive work environment.
●     Outbound Calls: Follow up on estimates and proactively schedule maintenances and warranty follow-ups
●     Financial Management: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping to support the financial health of the office.

●     Up to $50,000 annual salary PLUS bonuses AND spiffs

Requirements:

●     3 years of CSR experience
●     Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
●     Growth mindset, willing to learn, high ethics and wants to make A LOT of $$$

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18 - $22 hourly

●     8-hour shift
●     Monday to Friday
●     No nights
●     Flexible on work hours and days!!!!

Experience:

●     CSR/Dispatching: 3 years (Required)
●     Bilingual a plus

License/Certification:

●     Driver's License (Required)

Salary : $50,000
