About Us: Join our team at Can Do Kids Therapy, a leading provider of pediatric occupational, speech, and ABA therapy services in the OKC Metro. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and their families by providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting children with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Coordinate therapists' schedules and manage patient appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Handle incoming communications promptly and accurately.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Greet patients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and paperwork.
  • Manage insurance authorizations for new and continued patient services.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of office management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.84 - $20.28 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends
