About the Farm

Canewater Farm is an organic vegetable and flower farm in beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho. Using low-till practices, we grow healthy food for the communities of Victor, Driggs, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Our 13-acre farm includes 8 acres of field production, along with outbuildings, pasture, two hoop houses, and two greenhouses. We proudly supply 20 restaurants, 3 local groceries, 2 online markets, and 3 weekly farmers markets.

Located just a few miles from Victor at the base of Teton Pass, our area offers world-class skiing, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, climbing and more. Summers are alive with music, food, and arts, in a close-knit, welcoming community that we’re proud to be part of.

As a family farm, our team includes one farmer/owner, one manager, five crew members, and some amazing volunteers—not to mention two kiddos! We love our farm, our community, and the joy of growing delicious food.

About The Crew

Each season, we bring together a hardworking and diverse group of individuals to form our farm crew. Together, we work as a team to grow beautiful, organic food. Crew members join us with varying levels of experience and leave with a strong foundation in greenhouse propagation, planting, harvesting, and fieldwork. Many past managers have gone on to start their own farms, and we strive for all crew members to leave with a deep understanding of organic agriculture.

We work hard and play hard. The crew works Monday through Friday, with weekends off to explore the area's stunning natural beauty. We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment. Limited on-site housing is available in two campers at a nominal rate, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. While housing can be scarce in mountain towns, we’re happy to help find creative solutions.

Applicants should bring a strong work ethic, the ability to work individually and as part of a team, a readiness to handle all weather conditions, and a positive attitude—while having fun along the way!
