This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Practitioner Base Salary: $52,960.65 - $61,322.85

Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $58,256.71 - 67,455.14

Clinician - Fully Licensed Base Salary: $66,752.48 - $77,292.35

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

Responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing ongoing psychotherapy for outpatient mental health services.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, some evening hours, and flexible scheduling

Minimum Qualifications

Clinician

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
• Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy

Clinical Trainee

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling

• Possess a current and valid OR currently pursuing a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC)

Practitioner

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences.

AND

• Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance

OR

• Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of "vendor of medical care."

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
