As a Registered Nurse in our Medical-Surgical Department, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in plan-of-care interventions, patient advocacy, assessment skills, critical thinking, and life-saving interventions to impact not only the lives of the patients you care for but their loved ones as well.
Job Summary
The RN assesses the patient's condition and nursing care needs, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients. Develops individual nursing care plans, implements care plans, and makes revisions as needed. Evaluates patient care outcomes, collaborates with physicians and other hospital employees, administers medications, treatments, and therapies, communicates with patients, and oversees provision of care. Accurately documents nursing observations, assessments, medications, treatments, and other care given.
Salary : $91,213 - $114,861
