Required Skills
- Substantiated ability to clearly communicate (both orally and in writing) with attention to style, tone, and detail, and to acquire and promptly provide accurate information.
- Ability to handle complex and fast paced situations, considerately when taking care of client's and customer's and work well with all levels of staff in a professional manner.
- Ability to deescalate irate customers during telephone interaction's thoughtfully.
- Knowledge of/sensitivity to world-wide cultural differences. Maintains an awareness of impact on public relations and possible repercussions.
- Ability to operate under pressure of target dates and handle last minute requests, locate and synthesize information from multiple data sources.
- Ability to analyze, resolve routine and complicated problems and General knowledge of office procedures in order to input, process, and complete assigned work.
- Experience in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications is desired.
Other Requirements
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required along with general PC knowledge
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
- Good problem solving/decision making skills and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill.
