- Translate process requirements into concrete end-to-end project plans.
- Negotiating with stakeholders to commit and execute to project plans.
- Translates strategic vision into program scope and design.
- Seeks out industry trends and organization knowledge to understand alternative approaches and solutions.
- Partnership with the business and technology teams to determine best solutions to meet program objectives.
- Facilitates joint planning with business partners as required in project and program lifecycle.
- Develops and maintains end-to-end program level schedule inclusive of business requirements, application development, QA, and implementation and manages performance against it.
- Strong knowledge on managing and implementing Agile methodologies and practices.
- Creates metrics and manages program-level performance indicators and metrics.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
