Salary Transparency

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and recognize their needs and use cases.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing reports and dashboards that effectively be in touch with data insights for different user personas.
- Apply color theory and visualization techniques to enhance clarity and user engagement.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
- Document design processes decisions and user feedback to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and data visualization.
- Bachelors degree in UX Design Graphic Design Data Visualization or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in UX design specifically focused on reports and dashboards.
- Strong portfolio show casing expertise in data visualization and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite).
- 5 Years experience on BI and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Good understanding of SQL. Solid understanding of visualization principles color theory and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain clear records of design processes and user insights.
- Data Visualization, created dashboards using power BI/Tableau, SQL, Figma, sketch, adobe
