Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with Stakeholders to support a CMS migration to Contentstack.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to stay aligned on shifting priorities and urgent requests
- Prepare and submit content templates through Aprimo/AMP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to workflow standards.
- Ensure all content complies with digital policies, platform architecture, and brand guidelines.
- Provide rapid response to urgent content requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a proactive approach to workload management by regularly engaging with team members and seeking out new tasks.
- Support content production efforts with strong proofreading, formatting, and publishing skills.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in in CMS is required, but ContentStack experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management Systems, Aprimo is preferred.
- Strong content production and digital publishing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Proven experience in content preparation and workflow coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
