Part Time Customer Service Representative
CDTA has an immediate opening in our Call Center for a Customer Service Representative. This position is part time and will be required to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all customer inquiries and questions regarding CDTA service, fare and programs
- Record all customer comments, complaints and suggestions using appropriate person for follow up
- Take names and addresses of those persons requesting CDTA schedules, brochures and information pieces
- Assist others in the office when the need arises
- Treat all customers with courtesy and respect
- Direct customer calls to other departments when necessary
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of CDTA and our products
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Prior Call Center Experience preferred
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends
