Customer Service Representative
Capitol Coffee, one of the largest independent office coffee services in the Southeast, is looking
for a Customer Service Representative for our headquarters in Raleigh, NC. If you are a

This position will focus on customer service, interacting with customers via telephone and email
communication, specifically related to new orders, service calls, delivery errors, pricing, etc. The
role will also support multiple functions within the company including the service department
and the delivery team. Our business is a service business and we are looking for positive
attitudes with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite
Oral and written communication skills
Strong Organizational skills
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred
Previous experience in an administrative support role
Previous experience with NetSuite application
