We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for the following shifts:
- 6am-2pm - Monday - Friday
- 2pm-10pm - Monday - Friday
- 10pm-6pm - Monday - Friday
- 6a-6p - Saturday - Sunday (Part-time)
- 6p-6a - Saturday - Sunday (Part-time)
Walk in interviews for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) anytime from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Requirements:
- Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Have dependable transportation, drivers license, and car insurance
Job Duties:
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Administer and document medication to residents in an accurate and timely manner
- Observe residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and adverse effects
- Document resident process notes as required
- Promptly report changes in residents' condition to charge nurse
- Attend staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned
