Duties
- Conduct warm calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base through dealer generated leads.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Manage assigned territory sales by developing strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or inside sales environments.
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- 1 -3 years of dealership experience is highly desired
