What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Person position at CAR-FRESHNER Corporation?
Making the famous Little Trees air fresheners here in the USA since 1952.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Salary: $20.25 per hour, increasing to $21.25 within 6 months.
Summary:
The Cleaning Person is responsible for keeping the work and common areas at Car-Freshner clean and safe providing a productive environment for the team
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas to include:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Remove trash and recycling material
- Assist with light maintenance duties
- Weekly and Monthly tasks may include:
- Shampooing carpets
- Waxing floors
- Clean floor tiles
- Wipe down walls
- Occasional overtime on Saturdays 6:00 am -10:30 am
Skills and Experience:
- 1 year experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to operate power cleaning machines
Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license
