Job Description:
An Email Marketing Specialist will use our CRM platform to deploy email broadcasts for Marketing emails, transactional emails, and automated emails. They will handle the day-to-day list management within the CRM and ensure lists are receiving all proper communications.
This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options
Responsibilities:
Full ownership of Email Campaigns: Obtain Copy from Copy team, Execute, and schedule daily Email Marketing Campaigns using Hubspot- Coordinate with Copywriters to ensure that all campaigns are written in advance
- Provide quality assurance for outgoing email campaigns for the proper voice, image choice, segmentation, etc.
- Monitor, track, and report on all marketing campaign performance. Provide analysis and new ideas/testing using this information to upper management
- Work Closely with creative team to develop and test new ideas for campaigns
- Write, Execute, and schedule SMS campaigns using using various platforms
- Continuously work to grow and define our database of 3,600,000 contacts
Requirements:
Proven experience in Email Marketing and Automation using any major ESP- Experience in shopify, hubspot, zapier, and/or clickfunnels desired but not required
- A deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting
- Familiarity of CAN-SPAM laws
Ability to handle shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects at once- In-Depth knowledge of email campaign best practices to maintain and improve email deliverability
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly collaborative and interested in working in multiple areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Very strong analytical skills
