Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors warmly and answer any questions they have.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and common areas at all times.
- Receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Notify the office team and security of incoming guests.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their business needs for training are met.
- Identify business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and users, addressing and resolving issues and training needs promptly and thoroughly.
- Take an entrepreneurial approach by prospecting for leads, setting appointments, generating referrals, managing the CRM, and building a pipeline.
- Provide excellent service to clients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by CTTI management, and provide feedback to enhance marketing efforts and increase lead generation and conversion.
- Commit to working long hours, including weekends and weekdays during events.
- Quickly and effectively learn and administer products, enabling the teaching of these products to clients.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
