Our team provides 1 on 1 care in patients homes with extensive services to provide our patients with the best possible care.

Our CNA/ Home Health Aide oversee all (home based) care based off the plan of care for patients located within the Richmond, Glen Allen, North Chesterfield, Chester, Colonial Heights and surrounding territory.
The CNA/ Home Health Aide will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, family members and other interdisciplinary co-workers to provide skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis.

Required Qualifications:
- Hold a certificate of completion from an approved nurse aide training program and/or have certification as a nurse aide issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
- Have satisfactorily completed a nursing education program preparing for registered nurse licensure or practical nurse licensure.
- Be enrolled in a registered nurse or practical nurse education program preparing for licensure and have completed at least one nursing course that includes clinical experience in direct client care.
- Valid Driver's License
- Home Health Experience a plus
