Our team provides 1 on 1 care in patients homes with extensive services to provide our patients with the best possible care.
Our Occupational Therapist oversee all (home based) therapy care based off the plan of care for patients located within the Richmond, Hopewell, Petersburg and surrounding territory.
The Occupational Therapist will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, family members and other interdisciplinary co-workers to provide skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and/or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination, or
- Is eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Currently licensed and in good standing in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Two (2) years' experience, preferred.
- Ability to apply and analyze data as it pertains to quality and compliance metrics.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization, clients and family members
- Able to travel on a regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years' home health nursing experience, preferred.
- Previous experience with Home Care Home Base EMR system strongly preferred.
