CareCore is currently seeking a full time Director of Nursing to oversee all clinical aspects of our 150 bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility or equivalent. Strong clinical skills and the ability to react decisively in emergency situations. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with residents, family members, physicians, staff, and leadership team. Knowledge of state and federal regulations a must. Current BSN or RN Licensure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintain State and Federal compliance and ensure highest quality care for all residents.
· Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to enrich the recruitment, retention and continuing education of nursing staff
· Responsible for development of nursing service objectives and performance standards
· Monitor and track outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement plans of correction
· Ensure annual competency evaluations and performance reviews are completed timely; participate in facility performance improvement programs

Salary : $75,900 - $96,100
