Loan Support Analyst ( Custody and Pledging) 6 Month Temp.
Location : Jersey City, NJ - in the office 5 days a week to start and then Hybrid once comfortable
Rate : 35-40hr
A contract professional is needed to support the Collateral, Custody, and pledging Services team with day-to-day processes, allowing the team to concentrate on higher-level duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day processes, including but not limited to:
- Process buy and sale transactions for Members on 1Link SK. Monitor transactions entered by customers.
- Reconcile and clear any differences for income and settlement activity related to all cash events posted by Custodian Bank directly to the customer Demand Accounts (OIA):
- Assist the customer in creating and using the Custody Reporting module of 1LinkSK.
- Reporting and detailing of the daily Cash Management spreadsheet as well as all periodic daily updates to Treasury Operations
- Ensure customers remain fully collateralized
- Assist in the maintenance of loans for the Vault:
- Withdrawal of loans
- Assigning barcodes to new loans
- Changing the status of existing barcodes
- Participate in mortgage file review
Salary : $50 - $55
