What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analog Mixed/Signal IC Designer position at Career-Mover?
Apple is seeking a highly skilled Analog Mixed-Signal IC Designer to join their Silicon Engineering team. This role involves working on the next generation analog and mixed-signal (AMS) circuits for Apple's leading systems-on-chip (SOCs) used in products like iPhones and iPads. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design, particularly in high-speed serial links, and be well-versed in designing various analog/mixed signal circuit blocks such as Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, oscillators, and filters. Knowledge of AMS concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power, and low-noise techniques is essential. Experience with high-speed digital circuits and advanced CMOS technologies is also valuable. The role involves feasibility studies, simulation, verification, layout design, post-layout simulations, and participation in production and lab testing. The candidate should have a BSEE with at least 3 years of related experience or a PhD. Apple is committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment.
