Apartment Groundskeeper – Knoxville, TN
Pay: Up to $20 hourly DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our apartment community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping the property looking its best.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and common areas

• Perform light landscaping such as weeding, trimming, and planting

• Remove trash and debris from the property

• Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including snow or leaf removal

• Report any safety or maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable and punctual
