**Job Description:** Seeking a dynamic and motivated External Marketer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the nursing home to various hospitals in the Chicago area. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, coordinate marketing events, and work to increase referrals and awareness of the facility and services.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute external marketing strategies targeting hospitals and healthcare providers in the Chicago area. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. - Coordinate and attend marketing events, health fairs, and community outreach programs. - Conduct presentations and provide information about our nursing home services to hospital staff and potential referral sources. - Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
