Job Description:
- The Acute Rehabilitation RN assists individuals with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses to attain and maintain maximum functional independence.
- Supports clients in adapting to altered lifestyles while fostering a therapeutic and healing environment for patients and their families.
- Designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care, promoting physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.
- Provides patient care in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings, ranging from acute to subacute levels of care.
Facility Requirements:
- License: Must hold a valid Idaho RN or multi-state compact license (must be attached to resume).
- Certification: Must have a current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (copy required at submission).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Acute Rehab experience in a hospital setting is required.
