REMOTE POSITION
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Provide regular business analysis and support to development teams working on mTrade software products.
2. Investigate technical issues as they arise, presenting cogent analysis to the appropriate development team(s).
3. Perform and maintain client analysis, holistically inventorying and addressing patterns of client requests.
4. Perform direct client support as needed, with an eye to excellent customer service including clear communication.
5. Assist with centralized coordination of mTrade strategic initiatives, including documentation and research.
6. Maintain and organize documentation specific to the Client Services Group.
7. Support team members with specialized duties using SQL, Excel macros, and other proprietary support tools.
