CareGivers America, a Modivcare Home care company in PA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This position focuses on ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards for our consumers.

• Schedule: Per Diem (Approximately 10 hours per month)
• Location: Montour and Columbia Counties, PA
• Compensation: $30 per visit

Key Responsibilities:
•

Supervisory and Training Responsibilities:

• Conduct supervisory visits to client homes every 90 days.
• Perform supervisory visits for new employees within their first 30 days.

•

Care Planning and Coordination:

• Assist physicians in developing and revising care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
• Complete intake assessments to discuss care plans, review policies, and explain care options and insurance details to new referrals.

•

Clinical Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare clinical progress notes and ensure timely reporting of any changes in patients' conditions.
• Monitor clinical records for completeness and accuracy.

•

Medication Management:

• Assist with pill fills as needed to support client health and safety.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in home care, quality assurance nursing, or clinical training is a plus.
