CareOne Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses for our growing Home Health business serving San Joaquin, Tuolumne, Calaveras and Stanislaus Counties. Mileage is reimbursed and driving time is paid. Fulltime or part-time positions are available.

The Registered Nurse identifies the patient's unique health needs and priorities, establishes an individualized plan of care and therapeutic relationship with the patient, and communicates the plan to other members of the team.

Skills
- Experience as an RN in hospice or home health preferred
- Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects
- Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards
- Proficient in reading/writing English, bilingual a plus (Spanish preferred)
- Sound judgement and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature
- Cool-tempered and patient
- Emotional/mental stability and stamina
Additional Requirements
- CA Registered Nurse license required
- 1 year nursing experience required
- Home Health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and auto insurance as required by state law
Salary : $45 - $55
