```Job Summary``` We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management. ```Duties``` - Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees - Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities - Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism - Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Familiarity with medical office management is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping If you are a motivated individual with a passion for organization and efficiency, we would love to hear from you.
