We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- A Shift Leader supervises a team of Restaurant Employees
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant
- Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues
- Control Costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies
- 8-Week Training Plan for certification
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Restaurant Industry a plus (Not Required) we will train you.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent People Skills - Motivate/Train Employees
- Strong leadership qualities
- Positive Attitude/Friendly
- A Shift Leader must be able to multi task
- Flexible schedule
- Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
