We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Regional Manager to join our team at our afterschool soccer academy in the High Point area in NC. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the expansion of our CSF School Academy, which works closely with schools to deliver quality soccer training programs for young athletes in elementary schools. The position will begin as part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the program grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Management: Hire, train, and schedule a team of qualified coaches for after-school soccer programs. Ensure all coaches are well-prepared to deliver high-quality training and uphold the academy’s standards.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, parents, and coaches. Maintain consistent communication to ensure smooth program operations and a positive experience for participants.
- School Network Expansion: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, and actively seek new partnerships to expand our reach. Work closely with school administrators to align the soccer program with school needs and schedules.
- Program Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of soccer programs at partner schools, ensuring all sessions are running smoothly.
- Marketing & Outreach: Promote the academy’s programs within the area, increasing visibility and attracting new students and schools. Collaborate on local marketing efforts to generate interest in the program.
- Growth Management: As the program expands, manage increasing responsibilities and team size, ultimately transitioning to a more full-time role with increased leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, coaching, or education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with schools, parents, and coaches.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on problem-solving and finding creative solutions.
- Passion for youth sports and player development.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
