CaroMont Health is hiring an Inpatient Special Procedures Tech II to work Varied shifts within our Imaging Services team at the CaroMont Health Medical Center in Gastonia, NC!
Schedule: Full-Time-(9) Hour Shifts
Special Procedures Technologist Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performs radiographic procedures to demonstrate vascular structures for interpretation and/or therapeutic intervention.
- Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedure.
- Performs all delegated activities in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited radiography program.
- Registered by ARRT in Radiology required and Modality Advanced Level Certification.
- Experienced radiographer with competency in special imaging techniques demonstrating vascular structures.
- Considerable ability to accept new responsibilities as new equipment/examinations are introduced. Ongoing participation in continuing education.
- Ability and desire to perform AIDET customer service skills for all Imaging patients is required.
- Current BLS certification required.
