The Sales Analyst works with and supports the Consumer Products team by ensuring that clients have a positive experience. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating and identifying trends in sales by analyzing industry and customer data and developing strategies that improve sales productivity.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients
- Develop strategies that improve sales productivity for a given customer
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Create coherent, intelligent data reports and present them effectively to internal and external customers
- Run queries to report sales, returns, receiving, and forecast demand planning
- Prospect, plan, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Communicate with team members and management team on a regular basis
