Busy Real Estate Office seeking an Office Coordinator to provide a high level of service & support to management, agents and staff.
Qualities/Skills Required for the Position

- Comfortable being the “face” of the office with a lot of responsibility.
- Exhibit “agent focused” customer service behavior.
- Computer – Word, Excel, use multiple cloud based real estate platforms.
- Phone – answering incoming calls, transferring calls.
- Able to work productively with multiple interruptions.
- Ability to Multi-task and switch back and forth between tasks.
- Real estate knowledge or experience would be ideal.
Job Type: Full-time
