Busy Real Estate Office seeking an Office Coordinator to provide a high level of service & support to management, agents and staff.

Qualities/Skills Required for the Position

  • To be fair, honest and ethical in all interactions and tasks.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality and commitment to being present every day.
  • Comfortable being the “face” of the office with a lot of responsibility.
  • Exhibit “agent focused” customer service behavior.
  • Computer – Word, Excel, use multiple cloud based real estate platforms.
  • Phone – answering incoming calls, transferring calls.
  • Able to work productively with multiple interruptions.
  • Ability to Multi-task and switch back and forth between tasks.
  • Real estate knowledge or experience would be ideal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
