Precision Assurance Specialist

Your Role:

We're in pursuit of a meticulous Precision Assurance Specialist to bolster our team. You will be pivotal in maintaining the superior quality and consistency of our products. If your attention to detail is unrivaled and you're driven by quality assurance, we invite you to connect with us.

• Use Zeiss CMMs (training available) to examine CNC production components

• Execute First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and update ProShop accordingly

• Conclude inspection documentation, in-process audits, and final verification

• Employ metrology tools like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, gauge pins, and thread gauges

• Generate non-conformance records for defective items

• Engage with production teams to resolve quality challenges

• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation programs

• Aid in evolving and revising quality assurance procedures and benchmarks

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational guidelines

• Completion of high school or equivalent education
• U.S. citizen or green card holder, we are an ITAR facility
• Commit to 1st shift hours (6:30 am to 3:00 pm)
• Dependable, timely, and instructional adherent
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is valued
• Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and techniques
• Skill in handling precision measuring and assessment instruments
• Capable of detailed analysis and possessing impeccable attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in teams
• Autonomous and efficient time management

Skills Required:

• Understanding of GD&T
• Kaizen methodology expertise
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards
• Competence in interpreting technical drawings
