The Casa Autoplex of Las Cruces has an immediate opening for a full-time, Business Development Center Phone Specialist.
Essential duties:
Essential duties:
- Answer all inbound service department phone calls and schedule needed service appointments
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers with needed recall appointments on their vehicles
- Download and follow up on all dealership recall and missed opportunities lists
- Advise customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns
- Contact all appointment no-shows to reschedule their missed appointments
- Work directly with each and every service department team member
- Make CSI follow-up calls
Qualifications:
- A successful BDC representative will be trained in the needed product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy that our service customers look for today. Communication is extremely important in a service department as it contributes to team building with all the dealership's departments
- To perform this job successfully, an. individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
This is a position that all employees will receive continuous on-going training. Listed below are representative types of knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required:
- Automotive repair service knowledge
- Ability to multi-task betweeen phone and computer at the same time
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus
