General Summary of Job Duties

As a Cocktail Server you will be responsible to serving drinks to our patrons on the gaming floor in a timely and courteous manner and to support the Beverage department.

Essential Job Function and Duties

• Serve guests on the casino floor with beverage drink orders.
• Keep the cocktail station stocked and orderly.
• Work with an assigned bartender who will take your drink orders.
• Be using the Info Genesis system, knowledge of this system is a plus.
• Work independently and unsupervised.
• Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have the ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
• Must also successfully complete an alcohol certification training class.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : $18,800 - $23,800
