Job Description:
This position will support the Governors Grill, by cleaning tables in a timely manner. Maintaining the inventory levels and making sure that items are stocked for the server's use.
Job Requirements:
- Provide supplies to all servers.
- Polish and stack equipment for operation (silverware, linens & glassware).
- Set up, clear and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
- Set up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
- Ensure that the guest tables are always maintained to our standards.
- Assist servers as requested.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
- Previous bussing experience is a plus but will train.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

- The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
