Primary Purpose: Plans, coordinates, directs and maintains all aspects of the clinical information systems for Cass Regional by implementing processes and procedures, maintaining systems and maintaining departmental objectives for the benefits of patients and appropriate staff.
Formal Policy-Setting Responsibilities: Formally responsible for making recommendations regarding policies associated with the job's purpose and essential responsibilities.
Routine Decision Making: Works with team to determine optimal work and information flow, determines optimal software set-up, when to contact support, if additional training is necessary.

Formal Supervisory Responsibility: Formally responsible for making recommendations regarding policies associated with the job's purpose and essential responsibilities.
Required Knowledge: Working knowledge of service delivery by multiple clinical departments, 2 years’ experience with the Meditech 6.x platform, Windows desktop, team formation and dynamics, troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Ability: Ability to meet deadlines, operate a computer, navigate Meditech 6.x, perform performance improvement, training others, manage project timeline, manage budget.
Education and Certification/ Registration Required for the Position: Junior college / two-year college training required.
