Position Overview:
The Comfort Station Attendant is an on-course refreshment and amenity attendant responsible for maintaining established par levels of the golf course comfort stations and driving range pavilion. This is a seasonal position (May – October) that assists with stocking products multiple times throughout the day at various locations on the property as well as during special events and onsite banquets. The Comfort Station Attendant reports directly to the Purchasing Manager and Executive Chef.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stock all outdoor comfort stations and driving range pavilion with snacks, beverages, and items that need to be replenished multiple times throughout the day. This includes stocking cooler drawers, filling baskets/snack containers/cabinets with items for our Members and guests.
- Utilize FIFO (First In-First Out) and Health Department guidelines when stocking products ensuring proper rotation of food and alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Keep an accurate record of all the items to replenish beverages, snacks, and essentials in each area by filling out a requisition form.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in each assigned area including sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, dusting, and polishing.
- Manage proper care for all refrigerated equipment and ice makers ensuring cleanliness and proper operation.
- Maintain organization of all items and supplies in assigned areas.
- Report any items that are missing or in need of repair.
- Abide by all safety standards outlined in the Purchasing Department Handbook.
- Maintain proper care of all club equipment and supplies.
- Arrive at work on time in uniform, clock-in and clock-out for scheduled shift.
- Responsible for completing assignments in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Experience with restaurants, hotels, or private clubs is preferred.
- Safely operate a golf cart and follow golf cart etiquette.
- Reliable transportation to and from work and punctuality for scheduled shifts is a must.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. semi-frequently.
- Capacity to maintain an active presence and perform physical job duties.
- Availability and willingness to work during golf tournaments, concerts, and private events.
- Enthusiasm and passion for exceptional customer service.
