Description
Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders with accuracy.
- Use of a point-of-sale system to accurately relay orders.
- Maintain dining areas in terms of both preparedness and cleanliness.
- Complete in work, side work, out work as assigned as well as all other tasks within the scope of the job.
- Set up and tear down for events and dining.
- Build and maintain an intimate and in-depth knowledge of menu.
- Be responsible when serving alcohol.
- Integrate with your team to complete tasks and provide prompt, accurate, and up-to-standard service.
- Arrive at work timely in uniform, prepared, and ready to work at the scheduled time.
- Maintain a tidy and complete uniform; adhere to the grooming standards of Castle Pines Golf Club.
- Suggestive selling.
- Learn and perform all steps of service.
- Be ready and willing to adapt to changes in venue, service, and plan at any time.
- Build relationships with Members and their guests and always put the Member first.

Requirements
- Serving or food service experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for shifts at least two days per week / 16 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand on foot for 6-10 hours at a time.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
