Spa Attendant

• Greet and assist guests: Welcome guests, provide tours of the spa facilities, and answer any questions.
• Maintain cleanliness: Ensure all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas, are clean and well-organized.
• Stock supplies: Keep towels, robes, and other amenities stocked and ready for use.
• Schedule appointments: Assist with booking and managing appointments, both in person and over the phone.
• Support therapists: Prepare treatment rooms and assist therapists as needed.
• Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, including offering refreshments and ensuring guest comfort.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a spa or customer service role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility: Must work weekends.
