Who you are:
As an integral member of our team, you, the Registered Nurse, will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients with medical and surgical issues, with a specific focus on two specialized patient populations - Urology and Oncology. Our 29-bed unit offers a diverse patient population, providing you with a unique opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow.
This is a Full time 32 hour/week Day position consisting of four 8 hour shifts per week OR two 12 hour and one 8 hour shift per week.

What you'll do:
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
- Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
- You will serve as a mentor for your team
- You'll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients
What you'll bring:
- 1 years of experience as a RN
- Experience in an acute care setting is highly preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
- BSN strongly preferred
