What are the responsibilities and job description for the Invoicing/Billing Clerk Fab Office position at Caviness Beef Packers?
We have a great opportunity available for our Fab Office for a Invoicing/Billing Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
- Complete invoices and shipping documents for outbound product sales
- BOL for exports
- Ability to communicate effective with others
- Assist with a/p
- Multi-tasking in fast-paced interruptive environment and attentive to detail
- Data entry in Excel spreadsheet
- Answering phones and assisting TM
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Requires previous clerical experience with some proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good work history
- Time management and organization skills
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and a rotating schedule
