Graphic Designer

CBTWO Architects is seeking a Graphic Designer for employment in a collaborative and demanding office environment. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Aid team members in the development of 3D models and animations.
• Help with the production of presentation drawings and illustrations for client review.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand design requirements and goals.
• Participate in meetings with clients and other team members as necessary.
• Develop graphic design solutions for marketing and branding, including efforts on company website, resume templates, team photos, etc.
• Assist in the creation of project proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals for prospective clients, including drafting language and outlaying appropriate images as necessary.
• Organize and maintain project files.
• Provide general office support, including answering phones, greeting clients, maintaining conference room schedules, distributing mail, shipping outgoing packages, stocking food and drinks, ordering office supplies, filing and scanning.
• Assist other members of the administrative team with various tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) specializing in Graphic Design or similar degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Power Point; Microsoft Outlook; Sketchup, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Auto CAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture is also preferred.

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively present information to management

This position could be full-time or part-time based on the skillset of the candidate; in a relaxed and stimulating office environment.
