Responsibilities:
- An Experienced Audit Staff candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, highly organized, and skilled in reporting.
- The Experienced Audit Staff works closely in collaboration with audit staff to ensure that financial statement audits, reviews, compilations and other engagements are prepared in accordance with professional and firm standards on a timely basis.
- Reviewing and assisting with the preparation of engagement workpapers.
- Identifying areas of risk and apply basic accounting principles.
- Working directly with clients, when necessary.
- Completing assigned sections of each engagement.
- Addressing review notes in a complete and timely manner.
- Training of staff members to assist in professional development and growth in knowledge.
- The Experienced Audit Staff adheres to all relevant information security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and upholding the integrity and confidentiality of the company information.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in External Audit / Financial statements Audit (Not hiring Internal Audit candidates)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 3-5 years Public Accounting experience
